Superior category olive oil obtained directly from olives and only through mechanical procedures.

The extraction was carried out cold.

CATA's notes

It has some sweet nuances reminiscent of apple or almond and the bitterness is barely present. At the end, a mildly spicy tone is noticeable, leaving a pleasant somewhat minty flavor on the palate.
